About

The double-entendre in Rasta Lives is deliberate.  And so you will find two sites in one… First, Rasta Lives, as in “Rasta Lives On”, around the world and has a great impact and influence.  Second, Rasta Lives, as in the “lives of the Rasta people”, today, yesterday and tomorrow…  Pronounce it either way, and you’ll be right!

Rasta Lives is also a portal site for Reggae.  Here you will find lots of information on who’s who in Reggae.  Thanks to Tony Mack for providing many of the musicians’  bio sketches.  We are working on making your visit to this site more of a multimedia experience by bringing you video clips and songs from some of the best in Reggae music.  You can now buy and instantly download your favorite Reggae tunes here, for a song (pun intended)!

Reggae People

To find a reggae musician, the best way is simply to do a site search using the “Search” box on the top right corner of the page.   You should pull up not just the musician’s bio but his/her  involvement and collaboration with other musicians as well.

We look forward to all the power that this will bring to the people and the power that the people will bring back to us!
